Morning Minders       8.00 am - 8.40 am

Cost:   50p per session, per child

After School Care Club:   

3.30 pm - 6.00 pm whole session  £6.50

3.30 pm – 4.45 pm half session   £3.25

4.45 pm – 6.00 pm half session   £3.25

The above facilities are available for those parents of Years 3, 4, 5 or 6 children, who wish their children who attend the school to be supervised in school between the times stated above.   We also have a Breakfast Club which is available every school day (7.45 - 8.30 am) for children and parents.

Morning Minders:     8.00 am to 8.40 am (Years 4, 5 and 6 only)

Children are supervised on the playground from 8.30 am and into their classrooms from 8.40 am. Should you wish your child to be supervised before school, the Morning Minders club is available on a drop-in basis from 8.00 am. This does not need to be pre-booked in advance.

The charge is £0.50 for the whole session, regardless of whether your child arrives at 8.00 am or 8.25 am. A register is taken of attendance; payment is expected weekly or monthly in advance.

After School Club:  3.30 pm to 6.00 pm

We offer an after-school care service during term time from 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm, where your child can take part in supervised activities including arts and crafts, TV/video, board games, along with access to the school’s computer facilities. At certain times of the year, when weather and daylight permit, time can also be spent outside playing games or using the adventure playground.

·        Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance to ensure adequate staffing levels.

·        Exact payment must be submitted with the booking form.

·        Cheques are made payable to Two Mile Ash School, otherwise, the booking cannot be accepted. 

·        All bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis.

·        No refunds will be made if a child does not attend any pre-booked sessions.

·        Consistent late pick ups will incur an additional charge of £4 per day.

·        With effect from 21.01.08 the following pricing structure applies:-

Cost per child

Whole session    (3.30pm – 6.00pm)      £6.50

Or

Half session        (3.30pm – 4.45pm)      £3.25

Half session        (4.45pm - 6.00pm)       £3.25

Please note that, for either club, if payments are not made on time, the school will exercise the right to remove your child’s name from the attendance list. Please help us to continue providing such excellent facilities for you by paying your fees on time. If you should, at any time, experience financial difficulty, please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Sarah Bennett (Acting Headteacher) or Ms Louise Edwards (Business Manager) as soon as possible, where the matter will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence, whilst at the same time forming an agreed arrangement.

Please note that no refunds will be made if your child does not attend any pre-booked session (unless there are exceptional circumstances). We do not currently offer any provision on INSET days or during the school holidays, however, we are planning to introduce Holiday Schemes in the near future.
